Moya made famous the old Frisco water tower when she chose it as one of her favorite subjects. Her original paintings are on display at Frisco City Hall. Her iconic rendering of the water tower hangs in the light pole banners throughout historic downtown. Her paintings are used as their logo by the Main Street Merchants Association and the Link to Frisco networking site, as well as for packaging of local products and many community events. Diana was invited as a special guest of the Société des Pastellistes de France to exhibit her portrait work in the Festival International du Pastel and the European Congress of Pastel leading a delegation of Master Pastellistes to represent Frisco and the State of Texas.

“I believe Arts of Collin County will be a great legacy to the next generation, to help develop their creative thinking and the problem solving skills they’ll need to face the challenges of the future” – Diana Moya.
